Repetto Formation, Los Angeles Basin (13)

Comments on Geologic Parameters

13 Rock/Water Reaction:

Mineralogy data are presented in Conrey (1967), and water-chemistry data are listed in the California Department of Conservation (1991). Reactive phases such as feldspar and glauconite suggest that the potential for reaction of minerals with high CO2 brine is moderate to high, depending on amount and composition of feldspar.
