Granite Wash, Palo Duro Basin, Texas (06)

Comments on Geologic Parameters

06 Continuity:

Well spacing is inadequate to describe the highly heterogeneous sand bodies in this nonproductive area. Detailed facies studies of a similar depositional setting on the north side of the Amarillo Uplift (Dutton, 1982b) provide information on the expected scale of complexities.
