Gil Strassberg
Postdoctoral Fellow

 Research Interests

Application of geographic information systems in surface water and groundwater hydrology

GIS data models and environmental informatics

As a civil engineer, Gil Strassberg has been involved in a variety of water resource projects centered on the application of geographic information systems (GIS) in groundwater studies. As a Water Resources Engineer in Israel, Dr. Strassberg developed regional water plans, coordinated water management policies and operations, and applied hydrologic and statistical models to support water management decisions.
