Participation in the course is supported by Jackson School of Geosciences Field Fellowships.

JSG Field Fellowships provide for round trip transportation from London to Fort William, transportation, hotels and meals in Scotland and London. Participants or their home institutions or departments must pay for travel to London. Exceptions to this can be considered for special cases where additional suitable Jackson School or other scholarships may be available.

JSG Field Fellowhips are awarded upon acceptance in the program. See information on application procedures and deadlines. The $750 workshop fee is due upon acceptance in the program.

Support for the summer field workshop is a grant from the Geology Foundation of the Jackson School of Geosciences in the form of JSG Field Fellowships. This support is available to all participants. Other support for student participation may be available through student scholarships from other sources within The University of Texas.
