Comments on Geologic Parameters

12c Formation Water Salinity:

Formation-water salinity in the Repetto Formation indicates saline conditions. Values of more than 20,000 ppm are common for most Repetto oil fields (California Department of Conservation, 1991). Lower values of fewer than 9,000 ppm have been reported from Potrero field. In contrast, Rosecrans field, located along the Inglewood Fault, features salinity values in excess of 34,000 ppm.
